1st Visit to a Public School

Like American students, Moroccan students are under extreme pressure to perform well in school. The emphasis on testing complexes that concern for many students; few students shared with me that assessments make them feel stressed and sometimes give up.

. Moroccan classes have decidedly less drama than American classrooms because the Moroccan culture is so much more conservative. Students are free to express their ideas. It is difficult for me to tell what the students that I have observed are really thinking; 


March 8th: Travel Day

My flight from Columbia MO was canceled. I had to drive to ST Louis to catch a flight to Atlanta in order to make it to New York before 6:30 pm .

Finally, after a along day of rushing and hopping from one plane to another we made it safely to Rabat.
